CERALENE^® waxes

The CERALENE^®-types are a broad range of non-oxidized Low- and High-Density Polyethylenwaxes for special applications.

For the use in masterbatches:

For the use in wax additives, care products, paints, lacquers,
offset printing inks as well as for cosmetic applications:

pure NC lacquer

NC lacquer
+ 1 % non polar competitor wax
+ 1 % silica
matting agent

NC lacquer
+ 1 % CERALENE^® 2E

For the use as lubricant for plastics:

Product description

The CERALENE^® products are non-oxidized LDPE- and HDPE-waxes with a mol mass ratio between1500 - 5000 MV.

Application

For different kinds of technical applications such as piston lubricant, pore builder, manufacturing of water and solvent based wax dispersions, modification of masterbatches and decorative applications.
The CERALENE^® types for decorative applications are available with customized coloured surfaces.

Hazards

The products does not require labelling in terms of preparation guideline 1999/45/EC. Further security relevant data see separate safety data sheet.

Storage

The products has to be stored dry at room temperature. Beware of sunlight and heat. Stability at least 2 years from date of delivery.

Ecology/toxicology properties

Acute oral toxicity LD₅₀: > 2000 mg/kg (rat). The products are water insoluble and shows no harmful effects on fish and bacteria.

The products fulfills legislations of various countries. More details on request.
